Can I take any painkillers, if I know that tattooed place will be painful or I have low pain threshold?
Ask your tattoo artist what he/she feels about taking painkillers. Maybe he/she will offer any by himself.

Does a rib tattoo hurt?
Yes. This is one of the more unpleasant places to work. The skin is very delicate, the bones stick out. What's more is that you breathe, so the skin is moving making the process of tattooing more difficult.

Is it normal that my skin hurts/is red/oozes plasma and blood?
Yes. This is how the body copes with the tattoo.

Is drinking alcohol prohibited?
You can drink one or two beers, however be careful :)

When can we start exercising after getting a tattoo?
We advise not to exercise at least for one week after tattoo is done.

How long it takes to fully heal?
Healing proccess depends on tattoo size, place and tattoo method it was done with. Normally it takes up more than one month to fully heal.

Face, hand and neck tattoos - yes or no?
These places are not good for a first tattoo. However, if you have a profession in which tattoos on your hand or face will not cause you problems, there are not too many contraindications.

What's the point with white ink?
White ink got very famous recently. However what we need to keep in mind that every skin reacts in different way for white ink.
Despite what you think white ink doesn't look good on people with darker skin. Remember, that ink is placed under the skin, which is more like glass covering the painting - darker the skin is, less visible design is.
